Answers about data, pricing and requirements.
No. Zenith reads your workouts automatically from Apple Health. Whether you train with an Apple Watch, use Nike Run Club or enter workouts manually in Health: Zenith picks everything up instantly, without any manual input.
Zenith analyzes all your past workouts and automatically detects your best performances, for example your longest ride, your longest session or your best month. When you set a new record, Zenith marks it as new.
A streak counts how many consecutive days you have been active. Zenith shows your current streak and motivates you not to break it. Even a short workout per day counts, and you decide what qualifies as an active day.
You set goals for your favorite sports, for example running 500 km in a year. Zenith tracks your progress in real time and shows how much is left and whether you are on track.
The charts show your training history visually: distance and hours per week and month, a heatmap, your pace and more, broken down by sport. You can see how you develop over weeks and months.
