No — Zenith reads your workouts automatically from Apple Health. Whether you train with your Apple Watch, use Nike Run Club or enter workouts manually in Health: Zenith recognizes everything instantly, without any manual input.
Zenith analyzes all your past workouts and automatically detects your best performances — for example your fastest 5km time, your longest run or the most calories burned in a single workout. When you set a new record, Zenith celebrates that moment.
A streak counts how many consecutive days you've been active. Zenith shows your current streak and motivates you not to break it. Even a short workout per day counts — you decide what qualifies as an active day.
You can set weekly goals for your favorite sports — for example "run 3 times" or "2 hours of strength training". Zenith tracks your progress in real time and clearly shows how much you have left to go.
The charts view shows your training history as a visual overview: workouts per week, distances covered, calories burned and more — broken down by sport and time period. You can see at a glance how you've improved over weeks and months.
Zenith can be downloaded and used for free. All core features — statistics, records, streaks and goals — are included in the free version.
